Inflammation targeting stem cells - nanodrug combination therapy
Ectosome is developing a cell therapy that attenuate arthritis by delivering nanodrugs by stem cell with enhanced targeting ability to inflammation. The side effects of conventional anti-inflammatory drugs were minimized by effectively controlling inflammation even with a small dose of drugs with nano formulation of drug and actively targeted drug by the educated stem cells. Severe arthritis can also be effectively controlled through thermal treatment by nanodrugs and laser irradiation.
